Important Service Information

Final treatment level and pricing are confirmed following inspection. Published prices assume the odor source is accessible without removing seats, carpet, padding, trim panels or the headliner.

Odor treatment cannot prevent recurrence when an underlying source remains present. Follow-up coverage does not apply to new contamination, ongoing smoking, unresolved moisture intrusion or materials requiring replacement.

Extensive contamination, heavy tobacco residue, excessive pet hair or required interior disassembly may require additional services and a separate estimate.

Tier 3 includes one follow-up assessment and, when appropriate, one targeted retreatment within 14 days. A $59 mobile service fee may apply to a standalone follow-up visit.

Active water intrusion must be corrected before treatment. Visible mold growth and biohazard cleanup require separate evaluation and may fall outside standard odor-removal service.
